	Payment Policy: All payments accepted in USA $. A security/damage/reservation deposit of $300 is required to make a reservation. An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival. The advance payment will be applied toward the house rental. The BALANCE OF RENT is due ten (10) days before your arrival date. 11% - Florida Tax
	Cancellation Policy: A twenty (20) day notice is required for cancellation.
	Rules: We have a no smoking, no pets policy in the house.
