Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars.
Reservation Deposit: 10% of lodging fee ($350 minimum) required to hold all reservations. An additional 40% (50% total) of lodging fee is required 90 days in advance of check in.
All fees, taxes and deposits due at check in.
12% Local lodgings tax
$700/Month Security Deposit ($700 minimum, up to $3,100 maximum), refunded at checkout.
$175 Cleaning fee.
Well-behaved pets welcome, $15 per pet per day fee. (Pre approval required)
