	Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollar. A deposit of one hundred dollars is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, and traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment A $300 damage deposit will be collected at check in.
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted on the front porch. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. One occupant must be 55 years of age.
