Payment Policy: All rates in British Pound.

A booking confirmation deposit of £100/US$150 for each week or part week booked (maximum £200/US$300 per booking) must accompany all bookings - this is non-refundable and deducted from the final balance due.

Cancellation Policy: If guests wish to cancel the booking they should advise the villa owners immediately by telephone followed by confirmatory letter. The villa owners shall be entitled to retain all payments already made (except the security deposit) and to recover, if not already paid, the balance of the hiring charge as follows:31 to 60 days notice: 50% of the rental charge.Up to 30 days notice: 100% of the rental charge.
