Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $ 200 OR 2 nights rent (which ever is the greater). For cancellation less than 56 days prior to arrival and more than 42 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 7 nights rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 42 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
