Payment Policy:
All rates are in U.S. dollars.
We accept personal check, but check must clear prior to your first nights stay. A deposit to hold your date is due 30 days ahead of time. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to stay. If this is a last minute booking payment must be received and cleared prior to your first night's stay.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $500. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
