Payment Policy:
All rates in US Dollars.
$350 Deposit + First month rent in advance Balance due upon arrival. On departure - Maid will inspect apartment and if work is needed - her cost will be deducted from your deposit, balance of deposit will be refunded.
Three months minimum Dec - March any three or more if you wish.
Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner.
