POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: Rental is based upon nightly rate plus tax and cleaning fee. Rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of $200 is due within 7 days of booking to hold the reservation. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. Personal checks are accepted if they are received 30 days in advance. Money orders and PayPal are also accepted. Credit Cards and EFT payments through PayPal will incur a 3.5% surcharge.
	Cancellation Policy: Any cancellation prior to 31 days will incur a cost of $100. Any cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in the loss of $200. Payment of the rental and/or deposit signify a commitment to complete the agreed upon rental.
	Rules: NO PETS ALLOWED. NO SMOKING.
	Check In Time: 4 PM Check Out Time: 10 AM Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Cleaning fee of $85 is charged for all rentals. Daily cleaning is available at the guest's expense through pre-arrangement with the management company.
