These weekly rates are inclusive of Florida Sales Tax at 12%.

Bookings may start on any day and be for any duration; an additional cleaning charge of $85 will be made on bookings of 4 nights or less.

A 15% deposit is required on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before departure.

Regal Palms makes a charge of $10 per night per home for use of the pool (includes towels) and clubhouse; unfortunately this is out of our control.
