Regular:$498/Nightly, $3939.18/Weekly, Including Tax
Holiday:$766/Nightly, $6059.06/Weekly, Including Tax.
There is a 7 NIGHT MINIMUM, and no cleaning fee.
All rates are subject to a 13% tax
SHORT NOTICE BOOKING, if there is a vacancy within 30 days of check-in, a 4 night minimum will be considered. We will not block a 7 night booking for a 4 night booking.
The Cleaning Fee for less than a 7 day stay, is $175
A Midstay Cleaning, optional at Guest's Request, is $150
Pool heat is optional, the fee is $150 per week, the 2 day minimum is $70, the daily rate is $35, We recommend you order heat prior to your arrival.
