Additional persons - add $40 each per week
Add $60 Cleaning fee
Add 12% Florida Lodging Tax
$200 security deposit with reservation (refunded after check-out). This deposit is refundable provided cancellation is made 30 days before reservation date.
Any excessive cleaning or laundry will be an additional maid fee, which will be taken from the deposit.
