Payment Policy:

475 Per/ week all year round.
975 Per/week during special weeks.
1550 Per/month.
Cleaning fee of $75 and 12.5% tax.
Special weeks include Bike week, Biketoberfest, and any of the major racing weeks.
A $400 deposit is required to hold the reservation. The deposit will be refunded 1 to 3 days after check-out when the house is cleaned and inspected. The full amount of the rental is due at least 2 full weeks prior to check-in and the payment method is either PayPal(for your protection) or certified cheque (cheques must be cleared 2 weeks prior to check-in , so if you choose this method, send the cheque 3 weeks ahead of time).
