	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT MUST BE RECEIVED BY NOVEMBER 15TH, 2008 (1K); BALANCE DUE ON DECEMBER 15TH, 2008. SECURITY DEPOSIT OF ONE MONTHS RENT IS DUE TEN DAYS PRIOR TO MOVING IN.
	Cancellation Policy: Renter may cancel at any time as long as they replace the rental with another Board accepted candidate. All rent plus deposit will be refunded in that case - as long as tenant has not already moved in.
	Rules: NO SMOKING, NO PETS, MUST MAINTAIN APT IN SAME CONDITION THAT IT WAS FOUND.
