Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Funds.
Rental requires one month minimum at the following rates:-
$2400 per month February & March
$1600 per month January, April, November, and December
$1100 per month May through October
Rates include water, sewer, trash pickup, phone with unlimited local and long distance service, basic cable, and up to $100 per month of electric. Rates are subject to an 12% sales/tourist tax.
