	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Add 11.0% Tax; Add $150 cleaning fee $500 security deposit
	Cancellation Policy: Check-in time: 4:00 pm Check-out time: 10:00 am. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled at least 60 days before scheduled rental, full refund, minus $50 fee. If cancelled 30 - 60 days before scheduled rental, 50% refund, unless the house is rerented during that week, then refund equal to amount new renters pay minus $50 fee. If cancelled less than 30 days before scheduled rental, no refund, unless the house is rerented during that week, then refund equal to amount new renters pay minus $50. In case of hurricane or inclement weather, a refund will be issued for any days during the rental, that a mandatory evacuation order has been issued.
	Rules: Pets Not Allowed Non Smoking Only The Blue Waters is nonsmoking and we do not allow pets. Evidence of smoking or pets inside the house will result in the loss of the entire $500 damage deposit.
