Ø For daily or weekly stays, all reservations require 14 day cancellation notice prior to arrival date. For monthly stays, a 90 day cancellation notice is in effect. Timely cancellations will receive refund of advanced deposit (less a $50.00 processing fee). Some reservations, such as the dates between Memorial Day through Labor Day, require a 30 day cancellation notice prior to arrival for the advanced deposit refund (less a $50.00 processing fee). Changes to reservations within the cancellation period that result in a downgrading of unit size, or a reduction in the number of nights, will also result in a forfeiture of an amount equal to one nights room and tax (in addition to a $50.00 processing fee). Please note, that cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather does not warrant a refund. RATES AND TAXES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR KNOWLEDGE.
