Cancellation Policy: Cancellations Provided The Owner receives written notice of cancellation not less than ten weeks before the holiday commencement date, the hirers will not be required to pay the full balance. The deposit amount, however, will be forfeit. All cancellations must be notified in writing at the earliest opportunity. In the event of you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply: More than 8 weeks prior to arrival - Deposit only Between 6 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of rental Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - 100% of rental
