Payment Policy: Payments are in US Dollars. We accept payment by check, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit payment and the signed booking form. However, if the booking is made within 2 months of the holiday commencement date, the full amount of rental and security deposit will be required on booking with the completed booking form. The balance of hire will be due 2 months before the holiday commencement date. Homesearch Florida reserves the right to cancel a holiday where full payment has not been received 8 weeks prior to the holiday commencement date. The refundable security deposit is $250.00 per house. There is a charge of $110.00 per booking for prep & final standard clean. BBQ usage is FREE with a full tank of gas. Refills are charged at $25.00 per refill
