	Payment Policy: All Rates Are In US Dollars. Rates Are Subject To Change Without Prior Notice. Call for pricing of additional people. $800 Security deposit, refunded immediately after stay, if no damage and no smoking. $85 cleaning fee will be charged. ($885 required to reserve dates.) Total amount of RENT due will be paid by BANK CHECK 30 days before your stay.
	Cancellation Policy: For monthly rental, cancellation policy 90 days before For weekly rental, 30 days before.
	Rules: No Pets Allowed. Smoking Not Allowed.
