	Payment Policy: Rates listed are in U.S. dollars. We accept personal check, travelers check, money orders, and wire transfers bank to bank. 50% of total rent + $150 departure cleaning charge + tax due at booking. Balance of rent + $500 *refundable damage/security deposit due 30 days prior to check-in. Other payment arrangements will be considered if booking in more than six months in advance.
	Rules: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult of at least 35 years of age who will be the contract signator.
