Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in US Dollars and do not include 12.5% Florida State/County sales tax or cleaning fee of $188.13 (tax included). A refundable security deposit of $1000 is due within 15 days from the day of booking. 50% of the rent is due 120 days prior to arrival. The balance on the reservation is due 60 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks and wire transfers are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival, and more than 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the rental rate will be forfeited unless another rental is procured for the same period and for the same amount. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
