Payment Policy: Rates are starting rates and quoted in US Dollar. Please add $95 cleaning/departure fee, $30 processing fee and 12% taxes. A deposit of $250/1 week, $500/2 weeks, $1,000/month and longer is due upon booking. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. VISA, MasterCard, Discover card, Personal checks, money orders, traveler’s checks are accepted forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires 45 days notice prior to arrival for a refund, however, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted. For your protection, please consider obtaining Travel Insurance, in case of cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival and other unpredictable events.
