Payment Policy: US Currency - cash, wire transfers, checks, money orders, credit cards accepted. Reservation Deposit equal to 1/2 of total rental cost and security deposit due when securing reservation. Remaining 1/2 payment due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If hurricane is emminent, a full refund will be given. If cancellation due to any other reason, a partial refund may be given up to 50% of the total rental.

Rules: Pet-Friendly (small dog under 25 lbs.) allowed with a non- refundable $150.00 pet fee. No Smoking. No more than 12 people allowed in the home. No more than 2 cars allowed for private parking. No college students allowed without adult chaparone and will require additional deposits.
