Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars.

Payment - 1/3 of the total amount is due immediately to hold your reservation and full payment (the remaining balance) is required 60 days prior to arrival. At 60 days prior to arrival we will charge your credit card for the balance due. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment and / or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation that is made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will be subject to $125.00 cancellation charge. Cancellations that are made within the 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payment. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund.

Rules: This is a NON SMOKING UNIT.
Pets are NOT PERMITTED in rental units under any conditions.
No gas or charcoal grilling allowed on property or on balconies.
Must be 25 years old to reserve condominium
