Payment Policy:
All rates are in US Dollars
All rates subject to 11% Florida & Lee County tax.
To confirm, 20% or $300 deposit (whichever is greater) will be required.
A non-refundable $35 booking fee is charged by management company.

Cancellation Policy:
$50 administrative fee for all cancellations and must be at least 90 days prior to arrival. Within 90 days, balance prepaid monies is refunded if condo is rebooked at same rate/terms.
