Balance payable by check/money order 30 days prior to arrival. Management company charges $35 non-refundable booking fee.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: $50 administrative fee for all cancellations. Deposit refunded for cancellations 90 days prior to arrival Within 90 days of arrival, refund of prepaid monies is subject to rebooking for same rate and terms
