	Payment Policy: Rates are in US Dollars. Rates subject to change. All rates subject to 11% state and local tax.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notice is required 45 days prior to check-in and will result in a $45.00 processing fee if that occurs. A cancellation within 45 days of check-in results in forfeiture of the deposit if the accommodation cannot be re-rented for the full term of your reservation. There are no refunds for early departure.
	Rules: Parking is provided for one car for each cottage - limited parking does not allow space for trailers or RV's.
