	Payment Policy: All rates are in US funds. Peak Season (March, parts of February, April, & Dec):- $2850/Weekly Near Peak (parts of Feb, March, and April):- $2500 Low Season (late April to mid Nov):- $1,350 Thanksgiving:- $1500 Spring/Summer/Fall (May, June, July, Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov & part of Dec):- $1300
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit returned if cancel before 4 weeks prior to stay. If you need to cancel after payment is made is full, you will receive a refund in full if we are able to re-rent the condo.
	Rules: No smoking within in the condo. Smoking is allowed on screend lanai. No pets. Occupancy usually limited to 6, and 7 with permission. In no case are more than 8 people to stay overnight.
	Check In Time: 2:30 pm Check Out Time: 10:30 am Time Zone: Eastern
