Payment Policy: 800 dollars a week for off season and 900 a week for peak season. 1800-3200 monthly. 200 dollar deposit to hold reservation. 100 dollar cleaning fee. 50 pet fee is non refundable. checks or cash are accepted. Balance do upon arrival. 200 dollar security deposit is refundable if there is no damage to property.
 
Cancellation Policy: a fee will apply if cancelled with less than two weeks notice
 
Rules: no smoking in home
