$250 booking deposit at the time reservation is made.
$250 refundable security deposit at the time reservation is made.
$150 cleaning fee.
Payment for the house rental to be made one month before arrival.
Payment options: Cashiers/Registered check, Personal/business check, Money order.
 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will forfeit booking deposit, and within one week of arrival will forfeit all payments.
 
Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
