	Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars. Weekly rates include taxes & cleaning. Add $150 cleaning for less than a week. $300 Reservation/Security Deposit/$50 per guest over 12 guests. Approved Pets $150 Fee Per Pet Non-refundable.
	Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: This Contract may be revoked by either party upon delivery of written notice 45 days prior to scheduled occupancy. 100% of Security /Reservation Deposit will be refunded if vacancy can be filled. If vacancy cannot be filled management will retain the full deposit. Cancellation notice received within 15 days or less prior to occupancy will result in 50% of the Rental Fees being withheld and Security/Reservation deposit being refunded. If area must be evacuated rent will be refunded
	Rules: No Smoking.
