Payment Policy: All rates in US Dollars.

June-Labor Day Weekly Rentals Only 7 Nights ... $7,700/week, plus $250 cleaning.

Christmas-New Years (includes midweek spiff) .. $6,400/week, plus $250 Cleaning.

Thanksgiving Week (minimum 4 nights) ........ $900/night, plus $250 cleaning.

Spring, Fall (Mar, Apr, Sep, Oct) .. $850/night (3 nt min), plus $250 cleaning.

All Other Times .................... $650/night (3 nt min), plus $250 cleaning.

Damage Deposit of $500 Required.

Mid-Week Cleaning Included on 7 Night Rentals.

Month of May ....................... $875/night (3 nt min), plus $250 cleaning.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policy 45 days out from reservation with a 10% penalty of deposit held

Rules: No Smoking anywhere on the premises, No Pets of any nature maximum of 8 people $500 damage deposit, if you mess it up you fix it.
