Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation done PRIOR to TWO WEEKS of ARRIVAL DATE will allow guest total reimbursement of deposit, less a $75.00 administrative fee.
Any cancellation done AFTER the TWO WEEKS of ARRIVAL DATE, all of the deposit will be kept by owner UNLESS, the owner can re-book the property to another party for those dates cancelled. In that case, all of the deposit will be returned to the guest less an administrative fee of $75.00 and that refund will occur only after the new guests have departed.
HURRICANE CANCELLATION POLICY
There will be NO REFUND if there is a named hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico UNLESS the hurricane should pose immediate danger to OUR stretch of the beach. In the event the hurricane should pose immediate danger to OUR stretch of the beach, all of the deposit will be refunded.
Should a hurricane occur during your stay, and the authorities require evacuation, it will be MANDATORY that our guests evacuate, and the cost of your stay will be prorated.
There are no refunds due to inclement weather or voluntary evacuations.
DAMAGES
You will be held responsible and charged accordingly for any damage, repairs or neglect of the home you are renting. This includes but is not limited to smoking , and theft.
LOST AND FOUND
Although we cannot be held responsible for items left behind, we do make every effort to locate and return forgotten items to you. If notified, found items will be sent by charging shipping fees to a major credit card.
NO PETS........ Please don't even think about bringing one, I will make you leave and keep your deposit.
NO SMOKING
Please remember that we do not allow pets and smoking. I live in the apartment above this unit, and of course am aware of all guests and activities.
