Payment in full thirty days before check -in.11% Sales tax in addition to posted rates. January 2010 minimum two week rental to get special rate.
	Cancellation Policy: Loss of security deposit with less than sixty day notice.
	Rules: Treat it as your home. But no smoking. Have fun.
	Check In Time: 4:00 pm Check Out Time: 11:00 am Time Zone: Eastern

MAID SERVICE :

Maid will clean after check out. Available for longer stays at renters cost.
