	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars Off-Season $850 Wk. Season (Dec 15 - April 15) $1100 Wk. Plus 11% tax. Nonrefundable $75 Cleaning Fee. 5% admin. fee. Deposit of 50% upon reservation.
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit forfeited if cancellation occurs 30 days prior to arrival. A cancellation fee of $75.00 is charged. If cancelling less than 60 days prior to arrival, the unit must be re-rented for same time period in order for refund to be given.
	Rules: Must be 25 years or older to rent. Pets with owner approval only. Pets must be 10 lbs or less.
