Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.

Summer Rates May-Mid Dec: $295.00 for 1 night / $1650 for 2 Weeks.
Winter and Holiday Rates Mid Dec-April: $295.00 per night /$2950 for 2 Weeks.

Rates are for 1 or 2 persons. Advanced notice required for additional person, $15/Night. Children under 14 are free. For approved small pets, 10% surcharge Weekly and summer rates may not be available during holiday periods or special events. 2 and 3 Night stays are payable at reservation and non refundable Weekly and longer bookings are payable as follows: $300.00 at reservation and balance 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to a $150.00 administrative fee, the balance of initial deposit can be applied to a future booking within a year. Cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a 30% charge, within 30 days 50% charge, within 15 days 100% charge. 10% Sales and Bed tax must be added to all rates.
