	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Checks, Cash, Money order. Payment is due two weeks before arrival.
	Cancellation Policy: Fourteen days before arrival and you will be refunded full payments, if not there will be a fifty dollars charge taken from your payment.
	Rules: Pets are not allowed in the pool area it will be a $500.00 fined from the association. Smoking are not allowed in the unit, only on the patio.
	Check In Time: 3 pm Check Out Time: 11 am Time Zone: Eastern
