	Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Check, money order, cash.
	Cancellation Policy: Five days in advance of your arrival date.
	Rules: Pet under 50lb is allowed with a $50.00 one time fee per pet no pet are allowed in the pool area, if your pet is seen in the pool area it will be a $500.00 fined by the condo assoc. not more than 2 pets under 20lbs are allowed in the unit. Smoking are allowed on patio not inside the unit,else it will be a fined. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
