	Payment Policy: US dollars Cashiers check or money orders. Personal checks if received three weeks prior to check-in. Credit Cards (fee applies)
	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior of arrival, there is a fee of $50. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.
	Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED. Rule breakers are subject to losing their deposit. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN OUR CONDO. You may smoke on the balcony. Parking: There are two levels. The first level is covered, the upper level is open.
