A $100.00 deposit is due within 10 business days from the day of booking.
Full payment is due 7 days prior to arrival. Personal checks, money orders, and traveler's checks are accepted forms of payments.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.

Rules: ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED - this is a condo association rule.
