Cancellation Policy:
30 days notice is required prior to your arrival date for your deposit to be refunded. Cancellations must be in writing and faxed or mailed to our rental office. Winter reservations require a 30 day notice. A $50 handling fee is non-refundable. Natural disasters, acts of God, inclement weather or other problems could affect your vacation. We will do our best to accommodate you should a problem occur, but we cannot refund any portion of your rent.
Cancellations within 29 days of arrival date and no-shows will be charged the full rental rate. Please remember your confirmation holds that unit in your name, therefore removing it from the available rental inventory.
