Payment Policy:
All rates in US dollars.
Payment Methods Accepted:VISA or Master Card, Check or Cash.
Deposits:$50 on Credit Card, pay balance at check-in. A $200 security deposit required. A 30 day cancellation notice is required for refund of the $200 security deposit.
Fees & Taxes:Add 9% tax, The Cleaning fee is already in the WEEKLY posted rate. There is a one time cleaning fee and guard fee of $158 added to MONTHLY rates only.
