Rates in US Dollars.Security/damage deposit of $500.00 is required An additional $500.00 deposit is required for each pet. Until your Rental Agreement is signed by a representative of Sun N' Surf Vacation Rentals, your contract is not considered complete.
Thanksgiving, Nov 22 - Nov 28 $3300.00 per week.
Christmas, Dec 20 - Dec 26 $4800.00 per week.
New Years, Dec 27 - Jan 2 $4800.00 per week.
March 7 - March 27 $2800.00 per week.
Easter, March 28 - April 10 $3800.00 per week.
Daily & Monthly rentals are only available between September 1. and March 1, excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years weeks.
Less than 3 night rentals, add $250.00 for cleaning. Less than 1 week rental add $200.00 for Serenata Beach Club Membership.
Sales & Tourist tax of 9% are added to the above rates.
