Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

Cleaning fee is included in rent.There is a refundable $500 security deposit and 9% tax. We accept personal checks or cashiers checks. The $500 security deposit is due as soon as you want to reserve your dates. The full payment is due one week before your arrival. The security deposit is returned within a month of your departure.

Cancellation Policy: A written cancellation is permitted up to 60 days before the arrival date with a $50 cancellation fee. The $500 deposit is forfeited if booking is canceled for 30-60 days before your arrival. For cancellations within 30 days of your arrival you will be charged the full amount of your rental. Exceptions: If the house is re-rented for some or all nights, refunds for nights re-rented will always be made.

Rules: No smoking. A small dog will be considered with additional $150 fee.
