Payment Policy: House is available to rent for min. of 2 nights, 3 nights during holiday weeks. Rental Rate varies by season from $760 - $1425/week. Please contact the owner for details regarding rate and availability for your Florida beach vacation. Extra fees will be charged for pets and flea treatment required after pet stays. Long term stays (one month or more) are available. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

 
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or changes within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.
 
Rules: This casa is not wheelchair accessible. PLEASE no firearms (must be in locked case if hunting). No facilities for camping or motor homes. Smoking outside of house only. Please exhibit caution due to fire hazards.
