Payment Policy: All rates in US dollars.

Summer:- 1400-2100 Week.
Spring/Fall:- 900-1550 Week.
 
Cancellation Policy: If cancellation is made and the owner re rent the property for the same amount as stated in the rental agreement any rent paid and deposit, less the 25% fee will be refunded. If the house is not re rented the rent/deposit will not be returned.
