Cancellation Policy: Deposits: A security deposit to secure dates of $1,000 is due upon booking. 50% due thirty days prior to arrival with balance due ten days prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be returned within ten days of departure. Liability for damages is not limited to the amount of the deposit. No refunds on cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date. Security deposit as well as the 50% balance paid will be forfeited.

Rules: You must be 30 years or older to rent this property. Children under the age of sixteen are not allowed. Parties or special events not allowed.
