POLICIES :

	Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Rentals are available Saturday to Saturday. One Week Minimum Stay. Minimum Age Requirement - 25 Years Old. The rate for our condo is higher because it is beachfront, not a side unit or waterfront unit,( referring to intercoastal) but Gulf of Mexico beachfront. Deposit of $200. required to hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival
	Cancellation Policy: Deposit must be received within ten days of making reservation. Full payment of rent is due 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation will cancel and the deposit will be forfeited.Cancellations 30 days or more 20% of deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 30 days the full amount of deposit is nonrefundable. No refunds for early departure
	Rules: A credit card and signature will be required at check-in which will be held in lieu of a security deposit, or you may purchase security deposit insurance at a low cost. Visa/MC American Express and Discover accepted. All checks must be made payable to Land of Liberte Realty . Sorry no pets allowed and no smoking in the condo. Rates are subject to change without notice. No refunds for early departure

MAID SERVICE :

Arrangements can be made for maid service at an additional charge during your stay. A vacuum cleaner is in the condo for our guests convenience and with the washer and dryer in the condo, you do not need to send out your laundry.
