	Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $100.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $200.00. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
	Rules: Rates are subject to change without notice. NO PETS ALLOWED: Rule breakers are subject to losing their damage deposit. Absolutely No Smoking! The neighborhood is an adult very active community. It is "kid friendly" for children to visit their parents or grandparents.
