Everwood: In A Peaceful Community

Payment Policy: All Payments shown are for GB Pounds. Payment for weekly rentals is made in full at the time of booking. For monthly rentals, one weeks rent is paid as a deposit at the time of booking, the balance due two weeks prior to the start of your vacation. For all rentals a refundable security deposit is required of 250 pounds.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations up to 90 days prior to arrival there will be a full refund, less 50 pounds. Canceling less than 90 days prior to arrival but greater than 30 days prior to arrival will bring a refund less 85 pounds. Any later cancellations will result in a loss of the entire cost of the booking. Notwithstanding these terms, a full refund may be made under exceptional circumstances where, (for example) medical evidence can be provided to show that the vacation and letting was not possible due to ill health, or sudden death in a family.

Rules: Smoking at the villa is allowed only in the outside areas.
